Is my Q6600 bottlenecking my R7 240 (DDR3)?

Hi, I've upgraded from a HD3650 (ancient I still love it) to a R7 240. It was working absolutely flawless for the first few days, but one night, I turned on my PC, and everything ran much slower.

I was able to get 100-200 FPS on Ultra on Minecraft (was also able to play SR3+4 at Medium settings 1600x900 at 40-60 fps), but now I can't even maintain a stable 30 fps. I heard the Q6600 works "fine" with the "newer" R7 250X.

Weird, I'll have to swap out some of my RAM sticks. Thanks! :)

No viruses from what I know, most likely fried RAM. I just looked at the RAM sticks and I can clearly see the design on them. The hard drive stopped working, that night, too (same, I could see the designs). My CPU usage is at 100% (all cores) now.

Oh, okay. I really don't download many things (except for Steam's software and stuff), but I'll look for anything on my computer (plus, I'll run a Malwarebyte scan).
