Is my r7 260 doomed ?

so i recently overclocked my asus r7 260 (NOT x) 1gb to shits... and it seems to not have ended well...
i am an experienced overclocker tough...
so the problem is that i have gotten small white screen tearings (about once every second minute) and that is worrying the shit out of me...
my computer also TOTALLY freezes sometimes, so i have to restart it.
i am wondering if baking it in the oven can actually fix this.
i aint got much money since i NEED a new laptop for the summer. (my "newly" bought radeon HD 9970 4gb recently broke, that is why i have this shit graphics card.)
PLEASE give me something usefull, but thank you in advance for any (usefull) information and help !

Switch settings to default check what temps are on GPU.
If exceed 80C you probably need reapply thermal paste on GPU core.

under no pressure 27-30 *C under HEAVY load 60-63 *c

thermal paste was changed under half a year ago (when i bought the card)

If this not heat problems, you most likely damage this GPU.
This is risk is always with OC.
Not x series have weaker power section, and most likely you damage this part.

Try to find dumb guy and sell him this GPU 😉
Any way one thing try delete all AMD divers* use Drive sweeper and reinstal drivers
