[SOLVED] Is my Ram and Cpu still good for gaming?

Hello guys,i got the following rig:
i7 4790,16GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHZ,MSI H97 GAMING 3 board,1920x1080p monitor.
I got 2 questions:

1. Which fastest nvidia graphic card can i get to be able to fully load it with my processor in most of the games without signifcant bottleneck?
2. Wont my DDR3 1600MHz RAM take off much FPS performance because of its slow speed? I cant put higher speed ram into my board,1600 is highest it supports as i understand
3. Or should i change the whole system with faster cpu and DDR4 board cause gaming on the current rig isnt the best solution?

I would say it is still adequate for most gaming. 4 fast cores, 8 threads. Certainly outdated now, but not even a year or two ago I was recommending people pick up i7-4790 used office PCs. (I'll find some charts)

Memory speed doesn't have a huge effect in games. Just having 16GB will take care of things. Also good to note that lower speeds have better latency on average.

1080p isn't too hard to drive. Depending on your power supply, I would go as high as an RTX2060. GTX1660 Ti perhaps if you aren't going to bother with ray tracing.

I wouldn't worry too much about bottlenecks. Sounds like you plan to upgrade the CPU at some point, so leaving a little performance on the table isn't too bad. I've done it a time or two.

i7-4770k + GTX980
i7-4770k + GTX980x2 (water cooled)
i7-4770k + GTX1080 (air cooled)
i7-7700k + GTX1080 (To get NVMe storage mostly, water cooled)

Look at the i7-4770k numbers for the equivalent to the i7-4790.

These are worst case scenarios with the highest end GPUs pushing as many frames as possible. Higher the resolution and settings, the less the CPU matters and the burden is on the GPU.

I was going to buy RTX 2060 Super 8GB for 465$. Will it be okay with this CPU and Graphic card?
Power supply is OCZ Silencer Mk III 600W
First i was going to take RTX 2060 but RTX 2060 Super is just 30$ more expensive with 8GB already.
Though some dont recommend buying even RTX 2060 Super for 465$ cause of new 30** series coming. What do you think guys? All of you would say NO to buying RTX 2060 Super 8GB for 465$ at the moment?

Sorry for the late reply.

RTX3080 is out, 3070 in October, no official sign of a 3060. So that might be end of year or early next year.

Used RTX 20 series cards might be a better option. Lot of people going to be dumping them in favor of the new cards. So you might be able to get something like a 2070 on the cheap.
