I have 16GB pair of 3600MHz RAM (Vengeance LPX) that would now throw a myriad of BSODs within minutes of starting the computer, it doesn't matter which profile I use, it does so even with the profiles disabled and it running at just 2133MHz. This must mean that the RAM is bad if it can't even run at 2133MHz right?

My B350 based Ryzen 5600 seems to have no issue running a pair of 16GB or even 32GB of Vengeance LPX RAM, but these modules are 3200MHz not 3600MHz.

It's the 3600MHz modules not being able to run at 2133MHz that gets me, so I don't know if I should just quit on trying to use 3600MHz, or if they're just bad modules.

There's issue with 300 series MBs and fast RAM.
Something about MB architecture in connections OF RAM and CPU.
Not much you can do about it Just in case of bad RAM make sure you check it properly at minimum and medium speeds. I had one bad stick with 2 sets of Vengance 3600 and swapped for Kingston.
