Hi, I finished my build and now testing if my components work properly, decided to use UserBenchmark because it gives me a good point of reference.

I ran it multiple times and it always tells me there is issue with my RAM (G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ CL16 2x8GB F4-3200C16D-16GTZR):
http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5636702

G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB
3,965 User benchmarks - Average bench 82%
2 of 4 slots used
16GB DIMM DDR4 clocked @ 3200 MHz
Performing below potential (19th percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled

MC Read 29.4
MC Write 20.3
MC Mixed 18.9
65% 22.9 GB/s

SC Read 23.2
SC Write 20.4
SC Mixed 23.2
64% 22.3 GB/s

Latency 47.9
84% 47.9 ns

RAM is slotted properly in alternate slots (DIMM A2, DIMM B2) as per motherboard manual. I activated automatic XMP profile in bios no problem.

My setups is:

i7-8700k
Asus ROG Maximus X Hero (0505 bios)
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ CL16 2x8GB F4-3200C16D-16GTZR (ram and motherboard are both on each other QVL lists)
EVGA GTX1080Ti FTW3
Crucial MX100 SSD 128GB
WD Black HDD 500GB 7200RPM

Below is gallery with photos of bios settings:

Bios is fully detected in windows, whole capacity, even task manager sees that its running at 3200MHz :

Solution
Try changing Command Rate to 1T.
Since you have 2 modules, they should be able to support that.

Also - can you post screenshot from CPU-Z SPD section?

This is why I despise that site and its readings.
The average for your RAM is 82%
Yours is reading at 68.4%.

That does not sound like "borked" to me. Just slightly slower.
But that "19th percentile" sure does sound scary.
