Is my RAM causing my computer to freeze during gaming?

I've heard numerous claims of RAM causing your computer to freeze during intensive tasks like games, though I don't have much experience with this kind of stuff

Other suspects include CPU overheating (My A10 gets 50C on idle, an aftermarket heatsink is gonna deliver next week), and the PSU (It's a 500W no-name brand though even then it should be adequate for my system).

My RAM's KINGSTON HyperX Blu 16GB(2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz, by the way

Right now, I'm just trying to rule out RAM as a possibility. I have a screenshot of my RAM frequencies as well as some other things, let me know if there are any anomalies or if you need additional info.

Yeah, my APU occasionally jumps up to 80C, and that was what I immediately thought it would be.

That trashy stock cooler is going to be replaced by the 212 EVO by Friday, given that Purolator tracking is to be believed.
