is my RAM dying?

hi all.
the last couple of days my games are crashing way too much and im getting ALOT of lag spikes.
i also have the problem that how longer i play (per restart of my pc) it gets slower.
i think its my RAM but i honestly have no clue.
any help is greatly appreciated

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:

OS:

Are you on the latest BIOS revision? You could run memtest86 for at least 10 passes, for each stick in each slot to rule out either.

oh yea... my fault, forgot the specs...

graphics card: MSI geforce gtx 1050 TI
processor: AMD ATHLON x4 760K Quad core processor 3.80 Ghz
motherboard: GIGABYTE g1 sniper A88x
RAM: ddr3 2x 4gigs hyperX FURY 1600 mhz

and i thinks its the ram because of the intense amount of lag spikes/crashes in almost every game.

RAM would not be first on my list for the cause of that issue unless you have something pointing towards the RAM.

My first thought would be temps, especially if the crashing only occurs under load in a game. What are CPU and GPU temps?

^^ Is probably right. When I start to notice a massive slowdown in my games with crashing I know to change the thermal paste.

my GPU temps are about 30-40 degrees celcius all times. my CPU i honestly have no idea how to check that.
(and i know its kinda my CPU because of the massive bottleneck with my GPU) but it has never been this bad.

Download and run OCCT it will put the processor under load and show the temp.
