Is my ram memory speed at 800mhz or 1600mhz, and can two different brands of ram cause any problems?

Hello!
I am planning on buying one more 8gb ram tomorrow.
But, I checked on CPU-Z and it says it runs on 800mhz DDR3.
I heard that CPU-Z shows only half of your ram speed, is that true?
I want to buy HyperX fury 8gb 1600mhz.
Also my current ram is not hyperx, so would it be a problem to run those two rams although they are different brands?

This is the picture from CPU-Z, so I am wondering if this is 800mhz or 1600mhz ram, and if different brand of two ram memories can cause some problems.

Thanks a lot,I appreciate any kind of help!

Solution
It's DDR memory Double Data Rate , so you multiply it by 2 = 800x2 = 1600 , your memory is running at spec.

Adding memory is hit and miss even if identical , you won't know till you try new memory and old together.

I found out that my current ram voltage is 1.50, I will try to buy the 1600mhz and 1.50 voltage ram tomorrow, hopefully it will be a hit combination, and not a miss.
Thanks!
