Is my RAM overclock stable?

Hello my stock RAM timings are 15-15-15-36 i set them to 14-15-14-40. My question is that how do i know my overclock is stable. I currently have no issues with the overclock except weird drops to 75 fps in Battlefield 1 (with my EVGA GTX 1070 on Ultra) other than that every other game seems to be running good. Thanks in advance! EDIT: Forgot to say that I ran Prime95 for 6 hours.

Run memtest86.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

The cause of your drops is likely to be found elsewhere.

Everybody has FPS drops in BF1.

That is not much of a OC on the memory I would just run it back at stock settings. You would have a better OC leaving the timings and increasing the speed.

I found that with those timings im getting like an extra 3-5 fps in GTA V
