Question is my ram working fine ?

i had a ddr2 ram pc my mother board broke so i decide to upgrade to ddr3 mother board with out changing my os and it work fine i have new mother board with 4gb ddr3 ram(2x2gb) but when i use CPU-Z i only see 400mhz and i cant find the frequency in any plavce niether task manager or CMD alwyas the speed slot is empty i wanted to know if that normal cause i didint format my pc i just changed mother board and ram and my os stayed the same or my ram performance is bad or my bios is old and i need new bios so that my motherboard use the ram to its full capacity

Assuming you have DDR2-800 memory then what you are seeing is correct:

2x400=800

as for what i have now is ddr3 not ddr2 and my FSB Dram is 1:2

Still okay depending on speed of installed memory and how configured in BIOS.
