is my RIG bottleneck ? i found my gpus really fast heat up

hello guys recently i bought pair of R9 390s , i just upgraded it from r9 380s

my system spec is :
fx 8350
corsair h100i
16gb corsair venge
r9 390s asus strix
1050w seasonic x series
crosshair v formula
corsair h100i

the problem is my gpus really fast to heat up , its even reach 90c playing openworld games and i found my fps really very bad , maxed 1080 even cant reach 40fps playing modded enb gta v , my 380s even faster than 390s , is it bottleneck because my cpu are too low for pair of 390s?

Yes, your FX-8350 will bottleneck two r9 390's, but that doesn't mean the GPU's should be overheating. What are you using to cool your case right now other than the h110i for the CPU?

2 led 1100rpm fan , 20c room temperature , so the overheating issue is because of my motherboard too old for 390 ?
