Is my router blocking some websites?

I use a PC, a Mac, a tablet iPad and my Android phone. None of them can access certain websites using my home network.
However, my phone can access these website on the cellular network.
I my modem/Router blocking some addresses?

It is a 2WIRE 3801HGV. When I ping his address I access the admin page

Log into your router and check your web filter. Unless you set this up to limit sites (or someone else on your network), this is not the problem.

Have you restarted your modem and router lately? Also, clear the caches on your devices and try again.
