Hello! I was recently on a live chat in xfinity's website
Now, yesterday I made a thread asking how to check if my router has malware. Today I went to the livechat. He asked me my full name.. which I did. Then the account holder name which wasn't me (A family member is). Then he told me to give him my router's WAN address. Did I do something wrong? Also, internet has been bugging out a lot today while gaming so that's making me more concerned about this.
