Question is my RTX 2080 "dead" ?

hi guys!

I bought RTX 2080 Super Aorus WaterForce few days ago, as of yesterday when playing (mostly) WarZone my FPS is never above 60 even drops to 50 and lower. doesn't matter if the lower setting are on or Highest.
with my rtx 2070 super, had ZERO issues never had drops or below 100 FPS
my specs:
i9 9900k with NZXT x62 watercooler
ASUS rog strix gaming e
corsair vengeance rgb 3200mhz 8*4gb
seasonic x series 750w gold
RTX 2080 Aorus WaterForce

playing on Asus 27" 2k monitor MG278Q

what seems to be the issue?
