So yeah, I bought a new computer parts and build my entire PC by specialist in my local PC store. Every part is new with a guaranteed replacement if either of my parts are broken and etc... But, maybe I am parranoid, I think that rx 570 isnt as I expected it to be. I watched benchmarks of gta 5 and Benchmarker got on ultra settings with same specs about 65-70 FPS in city and 80-90 when not whereas I got on ultra 45-55 in city and 65 FPS when I'm not in city. Also I know that he OC everything so did I, but as I said above he got better results. I thought that the themperature <Mod Edit> my gpu aswell as my entire PC so I checked that aswell, I overclocked my GPU 1380mhz core clock and 2050 memory clock and I got 73-76 C° temperature with fan power 100% on my GPU and 65-70 temperature OC with 3.8 GHz. I think it is a good temperature because I read about temperature risks of the RX 570 and ryzen 3. Please tell me what to do, and I tell me if I am just silly, I wouls feel relived if you helped me out.

PC specs:

GPU: asrock phantom gdr rx 570 4g
Processor : AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
Ram : Kingston DIMM DDR4 3200 MHZ HyperX Fury black
Power supply: Powerlogic magnum pro 375x
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA A320m - SH2
SSD: Kingston 128 gb
HDD: 1 terabyte

That excatly what I did, I installed a bunch of games just to see if I I have a problem or I was just paranoying , then I compared my build with the similar build from the youtube video, I will provide a link to that video, and It just isnt the same performance, I think the problem might be the drivers, these newest drivers with Radeon Boost, until updating my drivers my PC went fine but I'm not sure if It's the main problem...

I don't know your ram size or CPU clock speed, but you can't just watch a single video and come with a conclusion, find another setup on Youtube that matches your rig in all terms or at least as much as possible...
I watched benchmarks... same specs...
Part for part?
Doubt it.

Ram : Kingston DIMM DDR4 3200 MHZ HyperX Fury black
Only 1 dimm? Well, that's an arrow to the knee...

Power supply: Powerlogic magnum pro 375x
Not a good idea to overclock with this.
Hopefully, it doesn't give you any early New Years fireworks...

I bet you didn't test either overclock for stability, and just copied someone else's, thinking it would be fine...
The silicon contained in the hardware varies. No 2 cpus/gpus/memory kits will overclock the same.

I read about temperature risks of the RX 570 and ryzen 3.
You have those confused with the RX 5700/XT and Ryzen 3000.

Wow, I didnt ask for a sassy comment but I will answer your questions.
1. Yeah single channel, I know IT IS a pain in the neck but it isnt a main problem I asked for a two ram stick but they didnt have it
2.my power supply isnt powerlogic I made a mistake I copied my draft specs, eventualy they told me to get a stronger PSU
3.Yeah I checked my stability first I checked overclocking, temperature etc.. and I watched numerous guides and tutorials on the internet. I copied overclock parameters then I started playing games, with my first settings after about 30 min of playing my PC forced shut down, after that I was sliding down until it went perfect like a butter (I've done a stress test just dor you to know) . I'm not that dumb to just put overclock parameters made by some guy on the internet.
4.If i mean "same specs" that considered GPU CPU and RAM, not the whole PC case

Make sure to compare FPS in games with not just 1 video but as much as you can find on Youtube, the result doesn't depend on GPU and CPU alone but also depends on his memory kit/speed/size, his SSD, his CPU clock speed. At least that's what I do, I try to find the closest setup to mine in terms of RAM, CPU clock speed and drive and start comparing.

Alternatively you can download Unigine Superposition and run the benchmark for 1 loop and see how much you scored, I'd recommend starting with "1080p Medium" preset and compare your result in the leaderboards with other RX 570 users, make sure their clock speed is close to yours.

Thank you for helping, but my conclusion isnt from one video, it is from dozens of videos My conclusion is also from my FPS monitoring, every time before I have my gaming session I monitor my fps, and my fps until new drivers was nice and stable, however when I downloaded 19.12.3 version of the drivers, things seem to be off, I will listen to your advice, I'm going to post results as soon as I can.
