Question is my ryzen 5 3600 running hot??

temps are like upper 30s at idle and like 78c during a aida64 stress test. are these temps ok? also im not hitting my boost speeds, getting like 3.89ghz under a load. using a corsair h100i pro cooler.

Are you getting those on stock cooler if yes they are amazing if any other you are fine cuz my 3600 go above 80 on aida64 or 80 max and runs idle at 36-39 tried replacing the chip also.I m using an AIO 240mm[emoji23][emoji23]
