Question Is my sandisk cruzer blade 16gb dead?

I wanted to download windws 10 but the file was gpt format and my drive was mbr format. So I went to diskpart and wiped it and converted it. But I saw a second disk and I thought that was a partition so I cleaned that too. Turns out that was the usb stick. Now my usb stick doesnt work anymore. Is there a way to fix it or is it really dead?
