So I was moving 2 separate folders (specifically Steam and Destiny folder) from my m.2 ssd to my 2.5 ssd. while that was transferring, I noticed that their speed fluctuated together. Like their transfer speed would slow down or speed up at the same time and this would happen for about the 2nd half of the transfer. Is this normal?
also, the 2.5 ssd is new, this replaced my old 1tb hdd. I replaced the 1tb hdd because I felt like my games were stuttering if the games were installed there. So could this be a clue to what is really going on with my system.
When the transfer started it was about 250MB/s at the first half then after that it started to fluctuate between 100MB/s to 15MB/s. also also also, when the 2.5ssd was at 100% active time in the task manager, its mean response time is around 2000, dunno if this info is useful but oh well
