[SOLVED] Is my second graphics card broken?

I have a gaming computer with 2 AMD sapphire nitro Rx 590 graphics cards. I use two because a former friend who owns a computer company said the second would help with gaming (though I didn't see much difference). This morning, the light for the non-primary card was off, and produced a blink now and then. My device manager says it's working fine, but it's never done that before. I was just wondering if anyone knew if it's broken, and if it is, is it fixable?

Solution
Your former friend was thinking of the situation perhaps 10 years past.
Since you see no difference, just remove the extra card.
Or, swap with the primary to test it.
Games today do not implement crossfire and even if they do, less performance is often the result.

If defective, it still may have value to crypto miners who do not care about display capabilities.
