I have this setup:

HDD: Seagate 2tb 5400 RPM
SSD: Adata 240 GB SSD (for OS)

I want to know if I will be able to run games smoothly and also if I will be able to run cyberpunk 2077. I know its specs are not released but If anyone has any ideas!

the cpu and gpu compatability is awesome, that ram should go to 3200mhz,i dont know if the 5400rpm is a noticable difference to 7200rpm hdd,ssd is ok if its just for os and related programs, psu is great.
As you said we dont know the specs for cyberpunk, but i think you should be able to play it on 60fps with some settings set to medium/high,everything else of.
Overall you build is looking like a 8,5/10
Nice build :)
