I have posted a thread a while back about this but this time I got a new setup and was wondering if this is any better
Here are the specs:

GPU: MSI RX 6950 XT 16gb GDDR6
Processor: Ryzen 7 7700x
Motherboard: X670E AORUS Master
RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000mhz
PSU: Platinum 850 Watts
Cooler: Deepcool LE500-240mm Liquid
Storage: Samsung 1TB

Solution
Is the board PCie 5.0?
The cooler And the board just saves a couple bucks so it doesn't really matter to me
That board is PCIe 4.0

This board is PCIe 5.0

Have you already purchased those components? What country are you located, what is your budget and what is your monitor resolution?

As they are expected to. If they run at 95C is that fine, what you want at that temp is highest boost possible. Not saying that a cooler running cpu isn't nice to have, but 95C is fine.
my 7600x wouldnt go past 85c with the 420mm and the 7800x3d wont go past 76c in cinebench R23 multi
100% overkill and trying to hide that 420mm in cases isnt easy ..
I ended up with the thermal take ceres 500 case to fit my arctic freezer ii 420mm in ( honestly i prefer sff builds but necessity is the cause of invention )

all i was saying is a 240mm might not be the best option for a 7700x ..

Yes i know there made to boost to 95c but its like a psu to me why buy just enough wattage to save money then complain if there is issues down the track ..

maybe just me but protecting the important things is most important and 2 of the most is 1. power supply 2. cpu cooling ..

I have no issue with what people buy and understand pc building can be and is expensive and some people just dont have the disposable income as other people but buying cheap <Mod Edit> products to save money or skimping on the important things doesnt often end up great !!
