Is my setup safe to overclock?

I recently got a new computer setup and I wasn't sure if I could overclock my computer without damaging the cpu. I have Ryzen 5 2600, Msi rx580 armor 8gb, Asus Prime B450M-a(motherboard), three Be quiet! Pure Wings 2 120mm (fan), Be quiet! Pure rock slim CPU Cooler 120W TDP - BK008 (CPU fan), and NZXT H500(case). Is 4.1 Ghz possible?

4.1ghz really depends on the silicon lottery so to speak. Try 3.8 then 3.9 working your way up. You can use up to 1.4ish volts on that cpu with good cooling according to AMD. You wont damage anything.
