Is my specs a good combo?

Hi! I have a ASUS 1070 but I don't fell like it's as good as it shoud be. I don't know if it isn't a good combo with my other components. Can you help me?
I've:
I7 4770 Cpu
MSI Z87-g45 Motherboard
16g RAM
EVGA 750G2 Power Supply
1,8 TB SSD ana a 232 GB hard drive
Is it a good combo or not?

cpu is still close to top tier, the setup should get you ~100FPS in most games for 1080p
what monitor do you have? can you explain " I don't fell like it's as good as it shoud be"?
To me, pretty good setup.

It's a very good combo, should be able to play 1080P/144hz or 1440P/60hz fairly well on higher settings without issues. The only cause of lower performance would probably be some sort of thermal throttling of the CPU/GPU or if the drivers aren't up to date on that 1070.

I've a ASUS VG248 144Hz monitor
In some games I get FPS drops some times and it's not always 100 FPS in the games that I play (pubg, csgo and sometimes fortinite and cod ww2)

What kind of thermal throttling would you think that would be?

Well once that CPU reaches over 85C (maybe higher) the CPU would start lowering the speed to avoid damage and thus the performance isn't as good, if it gets dangerously high then the system shuts down. The GPU would be around the same temp but unlike the CPU it won't shut the system down. I'd suspect the CPU if it's been awhile since you've cleaned the dust out, use a program such as HWmonitor to check this.

check cpu/gpu usage and temp using msi afterburner during game and report back.

Okay when i played pubg it was around 60c

Ok im sorry for not replying in a long time but i gave up because after i closed msiafterburner and started it again it said that rtmui.dll file were missing and after some hours i gave up on "life". But in the last couple of weeks when i've played pubg with my friend, i've noticed that i sometimes have quite low fps. My friend has an 980 and i've 1070, he has an I5 6770 and i've an i7 4770. He has around 90-100 fps all the time and i've a very scrambled fps some time from 50 to 80 until it goes up to 110-140 so now i really wannt to figure this out please help me!?
