woke up today to both of these saying it was bad.crystaldisk says 1 percent left and bad and then intel rapid storage tech says its at risk.should i start looking at buying a replacement? heres the model of the drive it that helps any ts128gssd320

Could be, it is likely running out of writes. It has 39,000 hours on it according to crystal disc info so I would say it's lived a nice long life. I would backup any important data on that drive ASAP and look into replacing it.

was at 98 percent yesterday.is it normal to go down like that

On the subject of the drive, your drive has logged UNCORRECTABLE ERRORS (attribute BB). When a drive begins logging Uncorrectable Errors, then it's on its way out. I would back up the data on it immediately and buy a new one.
