Is My SSD Broken?

After having my Mushkin Eco2 SATA III Solid State Drive in my computer and realizing that it did not show up as a storage device, I took it out to find that one of the golden pin things appeared to be corroded/rusted, and I can peel the damaged piece back. Attached is a picture. I was wondering if the SSD is still functional or not. (Doesn't really matter, I have a warranty, but would still like to know before I go through the process of tracking down the manufacturer.) Thanks!

if you still have warranty then don't mess with it

Well, your choices are plug it back in and hope it doesnt fry anything, or track down Mushkin and RMA it. Id take the 2nd choice.
