Yes your motherboard is compatible for the sandisk 64gb
Your motherboard has sata 2 3gbs ports the ssd is meant for sata3 6gbs ,
however having said that
SATA Revision 3.0 (6 Gb/s) backward compatible to SATA Revision 2.0 (3 Gb/s) and SATA Revision 1.0 (1.5 Gb/s)
so it will work but at the slower sata 2 speeds

Yes it will work, but the SSD uses SATA 3.0 where as your motherboard only supports SATA 2.0.
So the speeds will be ever so slightly decreased because of the slower bandwidth.
