Is my SSD DOA?

I just built a new gaming PC and it posts and everything. I went into the BIOS and only my hard drive was showing up. I tried different cables for power and data and even tried using the cables from the working hard drive and it still won't show up in the BIOS. Should I try doing anything else before I RMA it?

You can try to connect it to different SATA port if you haven't done that yet.

you didnt put it into a new system? have you tried installing on the hdd and then seeing if it appears in the windows drive manager? you can always use programs to drive image your install to the ssd after it appears.

The SSD isn't used? Look through your BIOS settings and ensure the SATA ports are not disabled.

Last thing to try is to use only SSD, HDD disconnected.
