Is my SSD harmed if used with slow processor?

Hi,

I have the HP-2000-2b22DX laptop. I've had it for a while now. It has the 2.20GHz 2nd generation Intel Core i3-2328M Processor. Just last week, I replaced its 500GB HDD with a PNY CS1311 240GB SSD. It's a SATA 3, 6Gb/s drive and has upto 550MB/s sequential read speeds and upto 520MB/s sequential write speeds. Its MTBF is 2,000,000 hours. I also upgrade the RAM from 4GB to 8GB by adding another 4GB RAM stick. I must say, the computer is a lot faster. Before, it was quite sluggish in starting up programs and multitasking etc.

My question is this: since the CPU and RAM sticks are slower than the SSD write and read speeds, will this harm the SSD in any way since it's trying to write and read faster than then the CPU and RAM can function? Also, If I get a new faster laptop or desktop with a better CPU and DDR4 RAM, would the SSD usage now with the slower HP laptop have negatively affected its hardware so that it won't function at its optimal speeds with the new comptuer?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Thanks for the quick replies. Are the SSD speeds throttled/adjusted in some way depending on the CPU or RAM speeds?

No.
It might be 'throttled', depending on the motherboard. For instance, if you only have SATA II ports, it will run a bit slower.
