Is my SSD on its way out or is it Windows 10?

Hey Guys,

I am not sure if i am posting this in the write section. This is the second time i have reinstalled Windows 10 and for some reason everything is very very slow, I doubt it's my hardware as i have a 5820k and 16gb so i am wondering can my SSD be on its way out?

There are programs that check the health of your drive, check something like HD sentinel. When you slow what do you mean exactly? Is it something that has started happening recently or from when you built the system?
