Is my SSD using AHCI or IDE?!?

At this point, I have no idea. I Installed Windows 7 x64 with AHICI set in the BIOS and also installed the AMD RAID/AHCI driver through device manager for my motherboard.

Here are some images that confuse the hell out of me:

My Primary SSD and HDD are both listed as IDE. Why? I don't know...

The SSD is listed as using the amdsata drivers.

You can see the 0 is present in regedit, as it should be.

The controllers, of course, are present. I installed them through the Device Manager just after installing the mobo's chipset drivers.

I've been trying to figure this out for too long. Any help is appreciated, because I'm slowly losing my mind...

If the SATA controller in your BIOS is set to AHCI then you are in AHCI mode. Also, you appear to have no issues so don't worry about it.

*I think your concern is you see "IDE" under the drive section. It's original usge is "Integrated Drive Electronics" which started when they made a device with the physical DRIVE platters and separate ELECTRONIC platters on the same device.

Some of the terms get thrown around incorrectly but what matters most is that you had a choice of AHCI or IDE in the BIOS for your Sata controller and chose AHCI.
