Question Is my system bad?

Hello, I have a low end gaming pc that I build but I’m having issues with it first let me list my specs.
I5- 3570
Asus p8h61 m lx plus 2.0
8gb ram
Corsair tx-650 80 plus bronze
Gtx 770 sc
500 gb wd
I’m having problems loading windows, my computer starts up normally with the windows logo then I click to screen to type my login and after I Press enter, I get the no signal default screen in my monitor although my pc is still on, does anyone know what cause this to happen?

Have you installed any drivers? Does it also happen in Safe Mode?

I’ve downloaded gpu drivers, but typically man I’m a newbie, I can build pc from bottom to top but I don’t know how to download drivers or optimize them, can you tell me how, it does not happen on safe mode

Uninstall your current driver with Display Drive Uninstaller in Safe Mode. Report back.
