If 1080p gaming is your target, then sure 3500 and 1650 super will do good, if that ram is single 16, then we suggest dual channel for AMD for better performance so get a 8 gb pair, regarding psu try to see what make you have, an unbranded one is always an unknown, yes the 3500 and 1650super won't take much power but branded is better, case is good and if the temps are maintained then OK,
