Psu you suggested isn't amazing. Not enough wattage for a 570 or 580.

400 watts is a little light for an RX-570/580. I'd probably opt for a 550watt PSU just to be on the safe side. In your case, I'd probably spend the extra £8 for the 500 watt version. Of course, if budget allows, I'd pick a different unit altogether.
