Is my system good?

Hello,

I was just wanted to ask the great community of tomshardware if my system was great or does it lack on some sort of way. Now before saying if I'm trolling, I know I have a good PC. But sometimes I feel like I lack on certain properties.... Much help would be appreciated...

CPU: FX 8320 OC 4.3 GHZ
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78lmt-USB3 AM3+
GPU: R9 390x
PSU: Corsair 750m
8GB ram
1TB HDD
250 SSD

Gaming at 1080p

Upgraded GPS 3 times in less then a 2 months. From GTX 780 TI to GTX 970 to R9 390x.

I feel like my System has been lacking in some area. What does the community thing, I feel like performance hasn't been much as other system builds I see on youtube. Any ideas of what should be upgraded? Beginning to think AND build was a bad idea yet at the same time I like it.

Thanks...

Were they purchased all at once? If not, then I would strongly suspect this as being a problem. Unmatched RAM (not all purchased together in a boxed kit) is never guaranteed to play nice with each other, and frequently doesn't.

Also, it is typical to use only two sticks of RAM for fastest performance. This is a dual channel, so to access all the RAM the memory controller has to work twice as hard.

EDIT: Still would like to know how it's configured. Do you know how to assess at which speed the memory is running at?

Well, first of all, Looking at other youtube videos, they have been getting better fps, with lower specs and as well, leads me to believe something could be wrong. I'm very skeptical about Windows 10, as I believe it could be the culprit. Example.... I just started playing elder scrolls online. Bought the game plus membership and have everything on ultra with particle density draw distance etc at max, AA on, everything checked and I sit on 40 to 50 steady and on cities at 30 to 40 fps. Some youtube videos with lower specs such as gtx 960 or 780, 970, AMD or Intel what ever the case might be performing better then my system on steady 60+ fps.... I feel something in my system could be the culprit as for many other games same case....

What RAM do you have, exactly, and how is it configured? It is also possible that your overclock isn't as rock solid as you think. I have seen plenty of times where an XMP profile on RAM and/or an overclock that wasn't super-solid actually lower frames per second.
