Cpu - Phenom II X6 1090t

Mobo - M5a88-m (HD 4250 onbord)

Ram - Corsair Value ram(1333) 1 4gb

PSU - 550W (Local)

HDD -1TB Seagate

i play games like fifa 11,Cod 4 ....after playing about 1hr my cpu temp par 74+

is anything wrong...m not understanding this

how can i check my Cpu performance?i have some softwares like...OCCT,sandra but dont know when n how to use ....can anybody tell me simple solution?

Clean your computer case with Canned air, make sure your fans are all clean, clean the mesh vents too. Add more fans to see if that helps.

I've used http://www.cpuid.com/softwares.html - Has some good software to monitor your cpu, etc...

Is the back of your comp at least 3-6" away from any obstructions? Do you have multiple programs running while playing? Make sure nothing is blocking, or producing heat near your comp.

If all else fails I'd find a place that can check it.

I think that you can clean ur rig,or if that doesn't solve it than buy a case fan/s -,or get another CPU fan i think that will solve all your problems.... Chers :)
