[SOLVED] Is my system powerful enough?

I'm experiencing game play lag on my system when I try to play VR games such as Asgard's Wrath or Onward. Is there something wrong with my system, or is it just not powerful enough of a build? Here is what I am running...

Chip - AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
Motherboard - MSI X470 Gaming pro
Graphics Card - Geforce GTX 1660
RAM - 16.0 gb 8 gb usable
VR - Oculus Rift S
OS - Windows 10

You have 16GB of RAM and only 8GB usable. There's something wrong right there.
Make sure your RAM and CPU are seated properly.
Make sure RAM modules are in the right slots.
Check MSI website for a BIOS Update.
Test each RAM sticks separate...reboot then swap the modules.
