I am not sure is it my SSD, which is OS holder, or HDD which is my second disk, but seems something is wrong with one of the disks.
Can someone throw some light on this, explain what it is, maybe which disk it is, and is it really an disk hardware.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
Open Windows File Explorer
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

I can't tell if its the C or other from that information. Top error occurred in registry so could assume its C drive

hardware faults aren't always hardware... can be device drivers.

what are specs of the PC?

I can not connect any update to issue, and issue happened while i was not using pc, both times.

Can these files help you investigate?
I gathered them to post on ten forums too.

I will ask a friend to convert dumps, he is likely asleep right now.

have you posted on tenforums yet? just curious so I don't suggest anything they have already

what make/models ssd/hdd? most makers have programs you can run to test drives.

Toshiba and Kingston.
I always used HD Tune to check for bad sectors.
I did not finished Toshiba HDD yet, but Kingston SSD show no errors, as images shows above.

On Ten Forums, I just get info how to gather info for them, no any answer yet.

hdtune good idea since Toshiba don't have any software
Kingston at least has https://www.kingston.com/en/support/technical/ssdmanager
Firmware update was there, so I updated.
Seems no errors.

This is becoming more and more weird.

All I can do more is to leave memtest over night, but anyway I don't see anything that connects this to memory, but only drive, as it states...

ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000006 - The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x%x.
As I know I/O errors are always about disks.
