Is my system stable for me to over clock my GPU?

Hello I'm kinda new to overclocking and was wondering if my system was stable enough to over clock my GPU. I have an i5 4460, 2x8 ripjaw memory, corsair Rm 850 watt PSU, and ASrock H81M motherboard. Thanks!

Run some benchmarks and stability tests and see.

Your system is good to overclock the GPU.
Just make sure you monitor the temperatures while doing so.
