Hi, I have an intel i5 3570 3.4ghz with a Coolermaster Hyper 212 CPU fan, and an hd7970 ghz with an 850 watt coolermaster silient pro link (http://www.netplus.com.au/product/PWPSAX-CMRPHY085/850W_CoolerMaster_Silent_Pro_Hybrid_Power_Supply_0db_at_low_load!). Would i be able to clock my CPU and if so what should i clock it to?

It is not fully locked on the i5's. You can set the multiplier to the max turbo one in the Bios. K versions just are much more flexible. That is what I did with my i5 2400. http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1811622
i5 3570 has a locked multiplier, so it's not good for OCing. Only "K" versions are unlocked and can be overclocked.

It also depends on your motherboard. Not all of them support overclocking.
