I am sorry but no, it is an old used system, only part you get more than you paid for is your GPU, and it is because of this late GPU crisis. Other parts are well used, and in general used parts lost their values in time.
I don't know where you got that figure.

While there aren't many to compare to on eBay. Looking at similar (sold) used computers on eBay. The desktop will get about $900, maybe $950. On the used market.

The monitor about $200.

Maybe $30 for the external HDD.

Most case customization's don't add value.

Stating a price in USD will make helpers assume you will buy/sell in USA. Such an exact amount, down to a specific cent, implies you have converted some other currency into USD. US prices rarely include sales taxes, while prices in many other countries include VAT, sometimes up to 25%.
You may want to specify in what country you are, and the price in your currency.

Why are you selling is the better question? GTX1080Ti is still pretty decent, and quite hard to replace at the moment. That alone is $500-600 on ebay.

remaining parts are all quite average, I wouldn't aim for more than a few hundred there.

Someone might want the chassis though, maybe sell that separately.
