So, stock cooler for an Amd a3 3300
And a Radeon R7 240.

Just so confirm if the cooling is not enough because sometimes an intensive game would cause my system to just turn off, like someone pulled the plug. And then boots up like normal.

Event viewer shows the same error as one would unexpected force shutdown. "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first, This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly"

I put this under cooling because when I open the case up and blast the inside with a stand fan prevents it from happening.

Solution
How do I check that?
There several programs and ways to check that. Easiest one would be to download and install MSI afterburner. When you install it, go to settings and "on-screen display" tab and check CPU and GPU temperatures to be shown and make sure you click "show in on-screen display" on them, just like in this screenshot:

AfterburnerSettings1.png

Once you do that, minimize the program and launch the game. You will see information about your GPU and CPU on the screen. Start playing and observe temps.

If it's too complicated for you, then you can download Furmark program and run it. It will stress your GPU and show the temps of it...

Did you replace tim paste recently ? If it's original since it was put together, it's probably dry and bad by now.

If it's too complicated for you, then you can download Furmark program and run it. It will stress your GPU and show the temps of it during the load. For CPU, you can download programs like HWinfo and intelBurn test. HWinfo shows you temperatures and other various information of your computer and IntelBurn will stress your CPU to maximum.

But I think, easiest way it to just do via MSI Afterburner.

After checking the thermal paste it was pretty dry so I changed it. The GPU Highest temp was 80°c and for CPU is 53°c

GPU temp is quite high, acceptable limit but not recommended for everyday use. My GPU thermal throttles when i have a temp like that. Better lower it to 65-75 and see if problem persist. What's your PC case? Try to open air cool your PC (open your case) and see if it still shut down or temp lower significantly. If it does you have a bad case airflow. If it's not helping then you should check for other hardware issues like power supply, etc.
