Is my Tegra note 7 gone for good? :(

I have a tegra note 7( xolo play tegra note in india). But today I was streaming a game from my pc then suddenly the screen first froze, then filled with pink and yellow weird colours. The part where the tegra 4 cpu probably is, getting heated up. The tablet is also making buzzing noice constantly. Is the gpu dead? Is there any way to save the tablet? The battery isn't removable so that isn't an option.

You can try opening it up and reseating the lcd cable. Make sure you unplug the battery first.

The cpu and gpu probably ran very fast so the battery is now empty within 10 minutes. Currently the tab has shut down without charge. I plugged the charging cable but it still doesn't turn on. I would check again if it turns on after a hour.
Actually I can't even understand if it's charging or not. I never charged the tab when it's off so don't know the symbols. Currently with charging cable plugged in it shows a full battery for 3 sec. And then a empty battery for 2sec.
