Is my temp ok for a 1.2ghz cpu?

I just installed my new computer, and in the bios it says the temp for the CPU is 39C (will drop to 37 if i have my case cover off). Is this temperature good? One last thing, I get about 4065 3dMarks in 3dMark 2001. Specs below

1.2ghz Tbird (133x9)
Epox 8k7a
256mbs pc2100 ram
FOP32-1 HS/F
Geforce 2 ULTRA 64mbs

Well, if it make you feel better, my temp is 39C at idle and 46C at full cpu load. I put two thermal sensors on the HS (one at the very center and right above the cpu and one on the side of HS and got 34C and 41C at idle and full cpu load, respectively for both sensors + 5C correction for the cpu temp itself). Both with the close case. So I guess, it is normal =) Beside, I'm using the HSF that come with the cpu when I bought it (supposely should be junky =) It's a bit noisey but acceptable.
