Ryzen CPU don't stay at one temp all the time, they constantly going up and down, your temps are about the same as I get on a 240mm AIO. I am running a 3600XT at stock on a Corsair 240mm AIO

47 to 54 all day unless its a cooler day, then minimum drops to 44... it really depends on how loud I want fans to be as to how low I go, but below 35 is unlikely. And that is just minimum of the range.
is it good

It is as good as the AMD Wraith Stealth CPU cooler it comes with. Though, with stock CPU cooler, R5 3600 should idle around 49C. So, you payed extra money for worse cooler.

Keep in mind: if you pay peanuts, you will get monkeys. But i guess that for you, as long as it is cheap, the rest (performance, reliability, build quality) doesn't matter. (Also looking towards the PSU you have.)

Btw, your CPU is fine until you don't see 80C and above from it and your CPU can go as high as 95C, before heat fries it.

hi i got an frostflow x120 aio and in prime 95 after running for 5 minutes I get 75 degrees.is it ok?

NO OVERCLOCK HAS BEEN MADE

Any temp below 95 is fine on a Ryzen 3600, so 75 is totally fine for under load.

Most people get to 85 under load so you going well.

my 3600xt can get to 77 under load on a Corsair RGB Plat 240mm AIO, ambient is about 30C here. With a relaxed fan pattern, i could probably get lower if i didn't mind being deafened. 2k rpm is noticeable

Just to give you some figures to compare with...

In Core Temp, with my 3600 idling, it jumps around 45-55° C . The recorded minimum is 41° C and maximum is 80° C.

My cooler is a Noctua NH-U14S and the ambient temp is around 26-27°C.

And 80c was at boot, as thats when it gets its best chance to get hot and well, its loading windows. AIO should start before Windows loads everything at start up to get a running start :)

But hard to get instant starts and cool hardware at same time without extreme cooling.
