is my tv 4k?

hey all,

Is my tv 4096x2160p or 3840x2160p? I see both pop up on my computer

Samsung KS8000 55" SUHD Quantum Dot Display w/ UHD HDMI 2.0b

any reason Nvidia control center shows full 4096 as max? I've had it set ti 3840 anyway

Thats strange. 4096 is the movie standard but TVs only display 3840. No idea why it says that.

3840x2160p is the TV's native resolution you can set the resolution to 4096x2160p but it will limit the refresh to 30 hz instead of the 60 hz. At least that is the way my Samsung 55' works.
