Is my upgrade worth it?

Hi guys,
I currently have a pc for gaming with the following components:

Fx-8320
8Gb ddr3 1866mhz ram
Gtx 970
Asus m5a97 evo mobo

And I'm thinking of upgrading the cpu, mobo and ram to:

I7 6700k 4ghz
16Gb ddr4 2666mhz ram
MSI Z170A pc mate mobo

I'm pretty happy with my current setup but would like to be able to set some of the graphic options a bit higher.

For example, with Rise of the tomb raider I can't have a high shadow texture quality and use the top anti aliasing options because the frame rate bombs. I'm aiming for 1080p/60fps. Any thoughts on if/how I can know if my proposed upgrade would help with this?

Cheers,

Chris

Solution
Nah... Get a $35 cooler and give the FX-8320 some OC. And also, check for dust while you're at it. I think your computer would live to see Zen released. Then we'll see whether it's worth to upgrade.
chris i have excactly the same specs as you an 2 days ago i have oc my cpu to 4.4ghz its very easy. but as okcnaline said you will need a new cooler and clean the dust from your pc. what i found useful is a small tool that unparks your cpu cores and the hotfix for windows 7 if you use that os

Thanks for the advice guys. Is there a particular cooler you'd recommend?
