Hi I have recently installed my new zotac gtx 1070 amp edition and two new fans without checking my current psu (600W) and ups configuration (600VA) :( When under load my ups makes beep sound which means I have to change my UPS :( . Although I am not sure why does it make sound when the main power is connected. Shouldn't it overload or make sound when it is operating on battery is it because of PSU which is also overloading  Do I need more powerful PSU too or is it ok for my current configuration.I have no plan for overclocking any equipment but I have 8 - 10 hours of usage daily. Is there any good news?

Solution
Since your 600VA UPS has power factor (efficiency) of 1.8, it can only output 330W,
specs: http://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products/APC-Back-UPS-BE600M1-600VA-120V-1-USB-charging-port/P-BE600M1

The beeping is due to the fact that your PSU tries to draw more watts from your UPS than it is capable of.

GTX 1070 is 150W GPU, add the rest of the system to it at about 200W and you'll get max power draw of 350W, more than your UPS can deliver.

For your 600W PSU, you should need at least 1100VA UPS if the power factor of UPS is 1.8.

800VA UPS with power factor of 1.8 would output 445W and would be enough for your PC. Though, when looking for UPS, do check the specs page since UPS power factor varies. Actually, it's best if you check the UPS'es output power in watts and not in volt-amperes.
