I OC my E4300 to 334mhz = 3.1Ghz... In doing this, I up my vCore to 1.55 because I couldn't boot Vista Ultimate 32 using only 1.50 vCore and below....

My ram is also up from 1.8 to 2.1....I left my Northbridge @ default....
Turned off C1E & EIST...

Rig:
E4300 @ 3.10Ghz Stock Cooling
Asus P5K
GeForce 8600GT
2GB DDR2800 Geil Value
80GB Seagate Sata (2x)
320GB WD Sata

Yer i agree with Silverion77, I would never really push past 1.5v. Why have you upped the voltage to your memory? This can sometimes cause issues unless your trying to overclock RAM as well.

O ok, but I've just spotted that the NB voltage is at default. The definetely needs to come up a little to improve stability and by raising this you could decrease the vcore a bit.
