[SOLVED] Is my VCORE voltage normal?

Hi guys, my vcore voltage varies from 0.7~1.2 rather quickly in a short span of time. I've tried searching up what is normal vcore voltage, and I dont see anyones vcore really going as low as 0.7. Is this normal? Thanks!

Yes, it fluctuates with CPU clock. This can be happening many times per second. The software only samples every few seconds. It's to do with power savings. Intel calls this Speedstep I forget AMD's name for it.
