600W is plenty for the hardware you're showing, the EVGA Supernova series should work nicely in there. If not considering overclocking, the MSI 760GM-P34 would work there. If considering overclocking (even in the future), I'll suggest a motherboard featuring the 990FX chipset instead like the ASRock 990FX Extreme3 (it will be more expensive though).

You can use power supply calculator online .

http://www.coolermaster.outervision.com/

The motherboard is a intel cpu socket , you must buy a AMD AM3+ socket motherboard .

I would recommend buying 600w psu .

okay i decided to buy a intel i3 4360 thats compatible , but i have another question my case has a 3.0 usb port but my motherboard is not compatible with that , my question is is this a big problem , ( windows on cd ) , also what is the difference between msi h81m e33 and p33 ,since 600w is enough do you think i should go for 500w or is that risky?

The differences between the two boards are minimal, basically, P has DVI-D video output while the E has HDMI video output (both also have VGA). For a Core i3-4360, GTX970 build, 500W will be plenty to run it. USB 3.0 ports can either go unused or there are adapters available that will make the USB 3.0 ports work as USB 2.0
